About the Event

In the final week of March, we closed out Women’s History Month by uplifting women entrepreneurs, professionals, and community members through a thoughtfully designed, collaborative evening centered on practical resources, actionable learning, and meaningful connections. Through structured networking and matchmaking, interactive workshops, engaging panel discussions, business spotlights, and complimentary headshots, participants built relationships, gained valuable insights, and accessed tools to support their personal and professional growth.

Workshop

Women's Health

Green Juice, Cycles, & Gentle Healing is a women’s health workshop exploring the connection between menstrual health, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and nutrient depletion. It highlights how ongoing demands on the body can impact energy, mood, and overall well-being.

Through a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, the workshop introduces green juice as a gentle, accessible way to support hydration and nourishment—without promoting diet culture. Participants will gain practical insights, reflect on their experiences, and explore compassionate ways to care for their bodies across every stage.

Power Mapping Your Partnerships

T Hoskins

T.Francis

Moderator and found of InPodcast Mode

Following the networking rotations, T. Francis moderated a collective conversation on power mapping, examining how women identify, build, and activate their personal and professional ecosystems.

The discussion explored how women:

  • Collaborate across industries
  • Exchange goods, services, and opportunities
  • Share information, mentorship, and resources
  • Build friendship, trust, and community as capital
  • Power mapping reframes networking as more than transactions; it becomes a practice of mutual support, visibility, and shared growth.
