Power Mapping Your Partnerships
T.Francis
Moderator and found of InPodcast Mode
Following the networking rotations, T. Francis moderated a collective conversation on power mapping, examining how women identify, build, and activate their personal and professional ecosystems.
The discussion explored how women:
- Collaborate across industries
- Exchange goods, services, and opportunities
- Share information, mentorship, and resources
- Build friendship, trust, and community as capital
- Power mapping reframes networking as more than transactions; it becomes a practice of mutual support, visibility, and shared growth.
