Workshop
Women's Health
Green Juice, Cycles, & Gentle Healing is a women’s health workshop focused on the connection between menstrual health, perinatal and postpartum well-being, and nutrient depletion across the reproductive lifespan. From monthly periods to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery, women’s bodies experience ongoing losses of essential nutrients such as iron, folate, and magnesium—often contributing to fatigue, mood changes, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. This trauma-informed, culturally responsive workshop explores how green juices can serve as a gentle and accessible form of nourishment to support hydration, micronutrient intake, and overall well-being during these vulnerable stages. Rather than promoting diet culture or “bounce-back” expectations, the workshop reframes green juice as a care practice that supports the body during heavy menstrual cycles, hormonal shifts, and postpartum depletion. Through education, reflection, and discussion, participants are encouraged to better understand their bodies, reconnect with their cycles, and explore realistic ways to nourish themselves with compassion and intention.
Workshop
Small Business Financial Statements
Are you an existing or aspiring small business owner? This interactive workshop will explain the three most important financial documents: balance sheets, profit and loss statements and cash flow reports.
Panel Discussion
Power Mapping Your Partnerships
Following the networking rotations, T. Francis will moderate a collective conversation on power mapping, the ways women identify, build, and activate their personal and professional ecosystems.
The discussion will explore how women:
- Collaborate across industries
- Exchange goods, services, and opportunities
- Share information, mentorship, and resources
- Build friendship, trust, and community as capital
Power mapping reframes networking as more than transactions; it becomes a practice of mutual support, visibility, and shared growth.
